Experience Required: 1-3 Years

Salary Range: ₹15,000 - ₹30,000 per month

Language Speaking - English (Mandatory), Hindi.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation:
• Generate and qualify leads from various sources, including online platforms, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
• Client Communication:
• Initiate contact with potential clients via phone calls.
• Schedule meetings and provide pre-sales support to address client inquiries.
• Proposal Preparation:
• Create and deliver presentations and proposals tailored to prospective clients' needs.
• Market Research:
• Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and understand industry trends.
• Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and ensure effective lead nurturing.
• CRM Management:
• Use customer relationship management (CRM) tools to track and manage client interactions efficiently.
• Understanding Client Needs:
• Engage with clients to understand their requirements and preferences, qualifying them as suitable prospects.
• Relationship Building:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers through regular follow-ups.
• Customer Satisfaction:
• Ensure exceptional customer service to foster client satisfaction and drive business success.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 2-3 years of experience in a telecalling or pre-sales role, preferably in real estate.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office tools.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused.
