Tele Caller Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers, explaining our products/services, generating leads, following up with prospects, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.Explain products and services to customers.Generate and qualify leads.Follow up on customer inquiries and maintain regular communication.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM/Excel.Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.Resolve customer queries and escalate issues when necessary.Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.Maintain a positive and professional attitude during customer interactions.Required SkillsExcellent verbal communication skills.Good convincing and negotiation abilities.Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).Strong interpersonal and listening skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.Good time management and organizational skills.QualificationsMinimum: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or BPO is an advantage.Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.Preferred QualificationsExperience in sales or customer service.Knowledge of CRM software.Fluency in English, Hindi, and regional languages is an added advantage.Salary & BenefitsCompetitive salaryPerformance-based incentivesTraining and career growth opportunitiesPaid leaves as per company policyWorking Hours[ Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM]

Pay: ₹8,600.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
