Tele Caller Executive

We are looking for an energetic, goal-driven Telecalling Executive to join our loans sales team. You will be responsible for contacting prospective borrowers, explaining loan products (Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, or LAP), assessing preliminary eligibility, and guiding applicants through documentation and sanctioning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to targeted leads and prospective customers to pitch loan products.
• Needs Assessment & Eligibility: Understand applicant financial requirements, verify basic eligibility criteria (income, employment, CIBIL score requirements), and recommend suitable loan options.
• Document Collection Support: Guide interested customers on the required documentation (KYC, payslips, bank statements, ITR) and follow up until documents are submitted.
• Lead Conversion & Follow-Ups: Maintain regular touchpoints with warm prospects to convert leads into disbursed loans.
• CRM & Record Maintenance: Log daily calling status, feedback, and customer data accurately into CRM/Google Sheets.
• Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily calling metrics and monthly loan disbursal targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Languages: Fluent in Telugu and Hindi (working knowledge of English is an added advantage).
• Communication: Clear verbal articulation, active listening, and strong persuasion skills.
• Experience: Prior experience in telecalling/BPO/telesales, preferably in Banking, NBFC, or Fintech lending processes (Freshers with strong communication skills can apply).
• Tech Skills: Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM software).
• Attitude: High resilience, target-oriented mindset, and professional phone etiquette.
