Tele Caller Executive

Tele-caller – Fund Raising Campaign Job Description.

Location – Mira Road and Bhayander preferred

Objective: Generate donations, engage donors, promote the initiates and campaigns, and build lasting relationships with supporters through inbound and outbound calls.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Call Management: Handle incoming donor enquiries and make outbound calls to prospective donors, existing supporters, and assigned leads.

2. Campaign Communication: Introduce and explain the Campaign, its objectives, beneficiary needs, and social impact using approved information.

3. Donor Engagement: Build trust and emotional connection through empathetic communication and verified beneficiary stories.

4. Fundraising & Donation Conversion: Explain donation options, request appropriate contributions, encourage one-time and recurring donations, and guide donors through authorized payment channels.

5. Objection Handling: Address donor concerns regarding the NGO, campaign, payment methods, and donation amounts professionally and transparently.

6. Follow-ups & Appointments: Schedule callbacks with consent, follow up on interested prospects and pending commitments, and arrange appointments with the fundraising team when required.

7. Donor Support: Resolve routine queries, coordinate donation confirmations and receipts, and escalate complaints or complex requests to the supervisor.

8. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of calls, donor details, enquiries, donation commitments, outcomes, and follow-up schedules in the CRM or donor register.

9. Compliance & Professionalism: Protect donor confidentiality, follow approved scripts, respect requests to stop calling, and never make false promises or use unauthorized payment channels.

10. Reporting & Team Coordination: Submit daily performance reports, share promising leads, attend training, and implement feedback from the team leader.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Calls handled and outbound connection rate.

- Number of donor enquiries and successful conversions.

- Total verified donations generated.

- Follow-up completion and pending lead conversion.

- Accuracy of donor records and reporting.

- Call quality, donor satisfaction, and compliance.

Expected Outcomes

- Increase awareness and participation in the Campaign.

- Generate donations and improve donor conversion.

- Build long-term donor relationships and encourage recurring support.

- Maintain accurate donor records and transparent fundraising practices.

- Achieve campaign targets through coordinated teamwork.

Performance expectation: All tele callers must maintain professional communication, ethical fundraising practices, accurate reporting, and a donor-focused approach while contributing to the campaign objectives.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year Tele calling Experience NGO Tele calling experience preferred

Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
