Tele Caller Executive

Vibuddy Network Private Limited is a web design and digital marketing agency helping small and mid-sized businesses in Bengaluru and Hyderabad build their online presence. We are a growing team looking for a confident Cold Caller / Telecaller to join our Hyderabad office.

Job Role: Cold Caller / Telecaller

Location: Suraram, Hyderabad, Telangana (On-site, no work from home)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce our web design and digital marketing services

- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team

- Handle basic questions and objections politely and confidently

- Follow up with interested prospects and fix meetings or call-backs

- Maintain accurate records of calls and leads in the given format

- Meet daily and weekly calling and lead targets

Requirements

- Fluent in Hindi and English (spoken)

- Clear, confident communication and a pleasant phone voice

- Comfortable making a high volume of calls every day

- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated

- Basic computer knowledge (Excel / Google Sheets)

- Willing to work full-time from our Suraram office

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

- Prior experience in telecalling, cold calling, tele-sales or lead generation

- Knowledge of Telugu

- Interest in digital marketing or IT services sales
