Key Responsibilities

The main duties of an outbound telecaller include:

• Making outbound calls: Proactively reaching out to a list of potential or existing customers to introduce products or services.
• Following sales scripts: Adhering to prepared scripts to ensure consistent messaging and effective communication.
• Lead generation and sales: Identifying potential sales opportunities, persuading customers, and closing sales deals over the phone.
• Maintaining customer records: Accurately documenting all call details, customer interactions, and sales outcomes in a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system or other database.
• Meeting targets: Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, sales, or lead generation.
• Handling objections: Addressing customer concerns and providing solutions in a professional and persuasive manner.
• Providing customer support: Answering inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about products or services.
• Following up: Scheduling and making follow-up calls to prospects who have shown interest or require additional information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
