• Lead generation and sales: Generate new leads and convert them into sales to achieve revenue targets.

• Inquiry and complaint resolution: Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues professionally and efficiently.
• Record keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and sales activities, often using CRM software.
