About the Role

Oscar India LLP is looking for a dynamic and target-driven Tele Sales Executive to generate leads and drive property sales over the phone for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective buyers/investors, explaining project details, and scheduling site visits to convert leads into successful bookings.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads/database to promote residential/commercial real estate projects
• Handle inbound inquiries from property portals and convert them into site visits
• Explain project details — location, amenities, pricing, floor plans, payment plans, and possession timelines — to prospective buyers
• Qualify leads based on budget, requirement, and purchase intent
• Schedule and confirm site visits/meetings for the sales team
• Follow up consistently with warm and cold leads to nurture them through the sales funnel
• Achieve daily calling targets and monthly site-visit/booking targets
• Coordinate with the site sales team for smooth handover of qualified leads
• Handle customer objections related to pricing, location, and competitor projects professionally
• Send project brochures, price lists, and payment plans via WhatsApp/Email as required
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly calling and conversion reports to the Sales Manager
• Stay updated on current project inventory, pricing changes, and offers
• Keep track of competitor projects and market trends in the assigned micro-market

Requirements

Education:

• Minimum: Graduate in any discipline (preferred)

Experience:

• 0–1years of experience in telesales/ telecalling, real estate sales preferred (freshers with strong communication skills may apply)

Skills:

• Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills (English/Hindi; regional language a plus)
• Confident, persuasive, and pleasant telephone manner
• Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
• Ability to handle high call volumes and rejection while staying motivated
• Good listening skills with a customer-first approach
• Basic understanding of real estate terminology (RERA, carpet area, possession, EMI, etc.) is a plus

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
