Role Overview:

We’re looking for a confident communicator who enjoys speaking to people, knows how to hold a conversation, and can turn a cold call into a promising business opportunity. If you’re persuasive, proactive, and ready to learn, you’ll fit right in.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on leads.
• Explain the company’s services clearly and professionally.
• Identify client requirements and assess potential business opportunities.
• Schedule meetings and coordinate with the sales team.
• Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field; A strong command of spoken English is a must.
• Freshers are welcome: A degree, diploma or formal education is helpful, but a strong grasp on language matters more.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in initiating conversations and speaking with prospective clients.
• A persuasive, proactive approach with the ability to understand client requirements.
• Basic familiarity with MS Excel or Google Sheets.
• A goal-oriented mindset, willingness to learn, and the ability to work independently.
