Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to handle customer calls, explain products or services, follow up with potential customers, and maintain good customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Handle incoming customer calls and respond to queries.
Explain company products, services, and offers to customers.
Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets.
Maintain customer information and call records in the database.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Resolve customer queries professionally or escalate them when required.
Follow up with interested customers to convert leads into sales.
Provide regular updates and reports to the reporting manager.

Required Skills:

Good verbal communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge and data-entry skills.
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
Good listening and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
Target-oriented approach and willingness to learn.

Educational Qualification:

Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass or any graduate.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: As per company standards and experience.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
