Kudos Ayurveda is a growing Ayurveda and wellness company offering a range of Ayurvedic, personal care, healthcare and wellness products. We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our Sales Team.

Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Explain our products, offers and services to customers.
• Generate leads and convert enquiries into sales.
• Follow up with customers through calls and WhatsApp.
• Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups and sales.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Build good relationships with customers and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and follow-ups.

Requirements

• 0.6–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or sales.
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
• Confident and pleasant telephone manner.
• Ability to work with sales targets.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Work Details

• 6 Days Working
• Weekly Off: Sunday
• Office Timing: 10:00 AM – 07:00 PM
• Flexible Timing
• Full-Time, Work from Office
