Tele Caller Executive - Hospital

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from patients and attendants.
• Respond to enquiries regarding doctors, consultations, procedures, services, timings, and appointments.
• Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and follow up on patient appointments.
• Make follow-up calls to patients regarding appointments, consultations, investigations, and procedures.
• Coordinate with doctors, nursing, front office, billing, and other departments as required.
• Maintain accurate records of patient enquiries and call details.
• Follow up with prospective patients and convert enquiries into appointments where applicable.
• Provide patients with accurate information as per hospital guidelines.
• Handle patient concerns politely and escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information at all times.
• Prepare daily/weekly call reports and update the concerned reporting manager.
• Conduct feedback calls and record patient responses when required.
• Support hospital campaigns, health packages, promotional activities, and outreach calls.
• Ensure professional communication and a positive patient experience.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
