Job profile:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers generated through marketing campaigns, online portals, and databases.
• Attend inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding residential and commercial properties.
• Explain project features, pricing, location advantages, payment plans, and current offers.
• Generate and qualify sales leads for the sales team.
• Schedule and coordinate site visits with prospective customers.
• Follow up regularly with leads to maintain engagement and improve conversion rates.
• Update customer details, call logs, and follow-up activities in the CRM system or Excel.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through professional communication.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely customer follow-up.
• Achieve daily calling targets, lead generation goals, and appointment-setting targets.
• Assist in promotional campaigns and customer engagement activities as required.

Required Skills

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English (knowledge of regional languages is an advantage).
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, Email, and CRM software.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
• Good follow-up and relationship management skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (12th pass with relevant experience may also be considered).

Experience

• 0–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or real estate sales.
• Freshers with excellent communication and persuasive skills are welcome to apply.
• Experience in the real estate industry will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
