Job Description

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services and follow up on leads to convert them into sales.
Handle inbound calls from customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about products and services.

Maintain accurate call logs, update customer records in a CRM or database, and ensure all customer interactions are documented.
Excellent verbal communication, persuasive speaking, and active listening skills to engage customers effectively.
