Job Title: Operations & Telecalling Executive
Location: South Mumbai (On-site)
Company Type: E-commerce Startup (Automobile Sector)
Reporting To: Founder
Working Schedule: Monday to Saturday | 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Sunday off)
Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on experience)

Experience: 6+ months (Freshers with strong communication, social media, and MS Office skills are welcome to apply)

About the Role:

We are an emerging automotive e-commerce startup building a dedicated digital platform for the industry. We are looking for an energetic, organized, and proactive Operations & Telecalling Executive to work directly with the Founder. In this role, you will play a key part in dealer outreach, backend coordination, database management, and basic digital branding.
Key Responsibilities

• Outreach & Lead Generation: Make outbound calls to garages, workshops, spare-part dealers, suppliers, and distributors using our internal database.
• Lead Qualification & Follow-ups: Screen and qualify prospects, schedule follow-up discussions, and coordinate with the field sales team to close onboarding opportunities.
• Data & MIS Management: Maintain daily calling logs, lead trackers, onboarding statuses, and generate basic operational reports.
• Backend Support: Assist with routine operational workflows, vendor documentation, and platform onboarding steps.
• Social Media Coordination: Handle basic updates, posts, reels, and content scheduling on Instagram, Facebook, and other social channels.
• Process Improvement: Actively flag client feedback, FAQs, and data discrepancies to help refine workflows.

Requirements & Skills

• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi; fluency in Marathi/Gujarati is a strong plus.
• Technical Skills: Hands-on proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; comfortable managing spreadsheets and data independently.
• Social Media Savvy: Working knowledge of handling Facebook and Instagram business pages.
• Mindset: High willingness to learn, adapt in a fast-paced startup environment, and take ownership of daily tasks.
