We are hiring a Tele caller executive for this company.
Qualification - 12th Pass
Fresher are welcome.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Explain products/services and generate interest.
- Maintain customer records and update databases.
- Follow up on leads and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in [insert languages, e.g., English/Hindi/Bengali].
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
- Ability to handle customer queries with patience and professionalism.
- Prior experience in telecalling or customer service preferred, but freshers are welcome.
