Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to customers for periodic maintenance and service reminders.
Inform customers about upcoming service schedules, vehicle maintenance, and service campaigns.
Schedule service appointments and coordinate with the Service Advisors.
Follow up with customers who have not visited the workshop for scheduled servicing.
Make follow-up calls to customers after vehicle servicing to collect feedback and check satisfaction.
Handle incoming calls and respond to customer queries regarding service appointments.
Inform customers about service offers, packages, and value-added services.
Maintain and update customer databases, call records, and appointment details in the CRM/DMS.
Coordinate with the Service Advisors and workshop team to ensure smooth appointment management.
Escalate customer complaints and service-related concerns to the concerned department.
Achieve daily calling targets, appointment booking targets, and customer follow-up objectives.
Prepare daily call reports and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
