Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining products or services, following up on leads, and maintaining good customer relationships. Freshers who are willing to learn and experienced candidates are both welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain the company's products or services clearly.
Follow up with interested customers and generate leads.
Handle customer queries professionally.
Maintain records of calls, customer details, and follow-ups.
Achieve calling targets and contribute to business growth.
Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into customers.

Requirements

Good verbal communication skills.
Confidence in speaking with customers over the phone.
Basic computer knowledge and record-keeping skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to handle customer queries politely.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Salary & Compensation

Salary starts from ₹15,000 per month.
Higher salary may be offered to experienced candidates.
Final salary depends on experience, skills, job responsibilities, and performance.
Performance-based incentives may be provided as per company policy.
