Job Summary

Sakthi and Associates, Chartered Accountants, is looking for a confident and motivated Telecaller to connect with prospective clients, promote the firm's services, and acquire new clients through effective communication and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients using leads provided by the company.
• Communicate effectively in Tamil and English to introduce the firm's services.
• Follow up with interested prospects and convert leads into new clients.
• Build positive relationships with prospective clients through professional communication.
• Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and lead conversion status.
• Coordinate with the management team for client onboarding after successful acquisition.

Requirements

• Fluency in spoken Tamil and English is essential.
• Good communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in making outbound calls and following up with prospects.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to achieve client acquisition targets.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to maintain call records.
• Candidates residing within a 5 km radius of Kottur Gardens, Chennai, are preferred.

What We Offer

• Fixed monthly salary of ₹8,000–₹13,000, depending on skills and experience.
