Tele Caller cum Counsellor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and persuasive Tele Caller Executive cum Career Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, counselling students and parents about career options, and converting inquiries into admissions. Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential students and parents to promote educational services and courses.
• Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information about courses, admissions, and career options.
• Maintain and manage leads database; follow up regularly to ensure conversion.
• Provide one-on-one counselling to students regarding academic and career paths.
• Understand student profiles and recommend appropriate courses/institutions.
• Achieve monthly targets for call volume, leads, and admissions.
• Maintain detailed records of conversations and follow-ups in CRM tools.
• Assist in seminars, webinars, and promotional events when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
