We are now looking for experienced and target-driven Telecallers / Telesales Executives to join our team and help us expand our client base.

Job Description:

As a Senior Telecaller, you will handle high-potential leads, explain our investment offerings, and ensure conversion through effective communication and follow-ups. You will be expected to bring sales experience and close deals confidently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to high-quality leads provided by the company
• Pitch residential and agricultural land investment plans
• Explain monthly income benefits through contract farming
• Convince and convert leads into confirmed bookings
• Schedule client visits, manage inquiries, and follow up regularly
• Help train junior telecallers if required
• Meet weekly/monthly targets

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
