Tele Caller – Business Loans & Financial Services

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Tele Caller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 6 months to 3 years of experience in tele calling, customer engagement, business development, or sales, preferably in the financial services sector.

Candidates with experience in Business Loans, Working Capital Demand Loans (WCDL), or other financial products will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate business leads.
• Connect with potential clients to understand their business financing requirements.
• Explain relevant financial products, including Business Loans and Working Capital Demand Loans (WCDL).
• Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication to generate business opportunities.
• Identify potential clients and schedule discussions with the sales team, wherever required.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to support the loan application process.
• Work towards achieving assigned calling, lead generation, and business development targets.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing customers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6 months to 3 years of relevant work experience in telecalling, telesales, customer acquisition, or business development.
• Experience in financial services, lending, or financial product sales will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of Business Loans, WCDL, or other lending products will be preferred.
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage customers, handle queries, and conduct effective follow-ups.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with maintaining customer records.
• A target-oriented approach with a willingness to learn and grow.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with prior experience in any of the following areas will be given preference:

• Business Loan sales
• Working Capital Demand Loans (WCDL)
• Financial services or lending products
• Business development and lead generation
• Telesales or customer acquisition
