Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and persuasive Telecaller to join our academy. The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to prospective students, providing information about our courses, and generating admissions leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential students and parents.
• Explain courses, schedules, fees, and academy features clearly.
• Maintain and update records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with the admissions team for successful enrollments.
• Achieve daily/weekly call targets and lead conversion goals.

Qualifications:

• Minimum: 12th pass; Graduate preferred.
• Good communication skills in [local language] and English.
• Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.
• Prior experience in telecalling/sales is a plus, but freshers can apply.
• Certification in telecalling or sales (if any) is advantageous.

Preferred Candidate:

• Candidates living nearby preferred.
• Energetic, polite, and customer-oriented.
