They don't even deserve 1 star. Customer service is horrible. HP should not trust on these kind of agencies at all. They are ruining the company name.
Suggestion: if you have some other agency option then go for it.

They booked and sell my LPG 2 times from their own.when I cancelled their bookings through my registered whatsapp they deregister my no.
So it's in appropriate for illiterate consumers.its better to shift a better one.
