Role & responsibilities : Tekla Detailer Descriptions: Core Responsibilities: Creating Detailed Drawings: Generate accurate and complete GA, assembly, and part drawings for steel fabrication. Assembly drawing welding detail Tekla Structures Proficiency: Demonstrate strong skills in using Tekla Structures software for structural steel detailing. Drawing Accuracy and Clarity: Ensure drawings are legible, accurate, and adhere to industry standards and company guidelines. Collaboration: Work effectively with engineers, designers, and other team members to clarify design intent and resolve any issues. Checking and Review: Review and check drawings to ensure quality and accuracy before release. Model Management: Manage Tekla models effectively, including version control and clash detection. Bill of Materials: Assist in the preparation of Bills of Materials for the project. Industry Standards: Familiarity with relevant industry standards, such as INDIAN, AISC and OSHA. Communication: Maintain clear communication with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve issues that may arise during the detailing process. Project Management: Assist in managing project schedules and deliverables. Preferred candidate profile : Experience: 2+ years of experience in steel detailing using Tekla Structures software. Software Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Tekla Structures and AutoCAD. Engineering Knowledge: Understanding of structural steel design principles and industry standards. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues independently. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and tasks. Blueprint Reading: Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings. BIM/CAD Knowledge: Experience with BIM (Building Information Modelling) and CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software.
