We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Engineer/Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in sales, marketing, and customer engagement within the mechanical components or piping materials industry.Key Responsibilities:Monitor inquiries and quotations, ensuring timely follow-ups.Handle customer registration processes and manage customer feedback.Assist in website development and digital presence enhancement.Conduct customer visits and maintain strong client relationships.Prepare and organize product presentations, company profiles, and other marketing materials.Manage collections and credit control.Maintain records as per the companys QMS system to meet ISO 9001/14001/18001 requirements.Requirements:Experience in the manufacturing of mechanical components or piping materials.Strong understanding of sales and marketing operations.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Proficiency in internet research, MS Office, and PowerPoint.Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001/14001/18001).
