We’re expanding our Talent Sourcing & Marketing function to keep pace with client demand. Role : Full-Time (Remote), 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Location : Remote (work US EST hours) Compensation : Competitive base + monthly performance bonus What You’ll Do Candidate Marketing (Bench Sales): Proactively market available consultants (W2/C2C) to US clients & vendors; drive submittals → interviews → offers → starts . Pipeline Ownership: Build targeted hotlists and weekly mailers; run outreach on LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, Monster, and VMS portals. Vendor & Client Relations: Maintain a live vendor network ; respond to reqs fast; book intake calls; negotiate rates/terms. Recruitment Operations: Screen candidates for fit & authorization (USC/GC/H1B/OPT/CPT), validate skills, prep for interviews, manage submissions with crisp write-ups. Compliance & ATS Hygiene: Keep ATS/CRM updated (JobDiva/Bullhorn/CEIPAL or similar); ensure documentation, right-to-represent, and onboarding packs are complete. Reporting: Own weekly dashboards—submittals, interviews, offers, starts, cycle time, and win rate. Brand & Outreach: Partner with marketing to post roles, craft talent updates, and promote success stories on LinkedIn. What You Bring 3–5+ years in US IT staffing / bench sales / candidate marketing (must-have). Proven vendor network and fast submittal cadence. Fluent in US tax terms (C2C, W2, 1099) & work authorizations (USC/GC/H1B/OPT/CPT). Hands-on with LinkedIn Recruiter , Dice , Indeed , Monster , and at least one ATS (Bullhorn/JobDiva/CEIPAL/Greenhouse/Zoho). Excellent written & verbal communication; strong negotiator. Comfortable working EST hours and hitting weekly targets. Nice to Have Exposure to cloud/DevOps/Java/Data roles (you know the lingo). Content flair (writing compelling candidate summaries). What Success Looks Like (KPIs) 15–25 submittals/week (quality, not spam). 8–12 interviews/week scheduled. 3–5 offers/month ; 2–4 starts/month (role-mix dependent). < 2 hr average response time to hot reqs. 100% ATS/CRM data completeness on submissions.
