As a Guidewire Claim Centre Support Manager at EY, you will be responsible for managing support projects related to Guidewire PolicyCenter Support and Maintenance. With a minimum experience level of 9+ years, your key responsibilities will include: - Designing, building, supporting, and performing defect fixes - Performing Root Cause Analysis and providing fixes - Implementing enhancements and code changes - Managing Guidewire PC Configuration & Integration - Ensuring proactive monitoring - Designing and modifying Guidewire product suite - Managing key SLAs and KPIs for successful project execution - Being flexible to work in shifts (Rotational Shift India Shift, US Shift) and On Call Support on a rostered rotational basis To succeed in this role, you should have: - Deep understanding of Guidewire framework Policy Centre, implementation, architecture, and components - Guidewire PolicyCenter 9.0 version + technical/functional/cloud certification - Proficiency in development streams like Configuration/Integration/Both - Hands-on experience in Java/J2EE, web services, and API integration - Experience in production support activities and tools like Service-now, JIRA, soap-ui, etc. - Knowledge of service management, change management activities, SLAs, and estimator tools - Exposure to incident management, problem management, and SDLC life cycle - Working knowledge of Core Java, J2EE, XML, Web Services (SOAP/REST), ANT - Strong skills in SQL, Spring, Hibernate, Castor, and any Enterprise Messaging System - Experience with Tomcat and/or WebSphere/WebLogic At EY, you will be part of a dynamic and truly global delivery network with opportunities for continuous learning, transformative leadership, and a diverse and inclusive culture.
