We are currently seeking an experienced MuleSoft Support Engineer to join our team as a MuleSoft Integration Architect. The ideal candidate should possess 6 to 8 years of hands-on experience in supporting and maintaining MuleSoft applications and integrations. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of our integration solutions, providing technical support, and collaborating with development teams to enhance our API management capabilities. Key Responsibilities: - Provide expert technical support for MuleSoft applications, APIs, and integrations to ensure optimal performance and availability. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to MuleSoft integrations by analyzing logs and debugging applications. - Collaborate with development teams to implement best practices for API design, development, and deployment. - Monitor MuleSoft environments to ensure high availability, performance, and security. - Assist in the deployment and configuration of MuleSoft applications across various environments. - Conduct root cause analysis for incidents and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. - Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide effective integration solutions. - Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for support processes, troubleshooting guides, and system configurations. - Stay updated with the latest MuleSoft features, tools, and industry best practices to enhance support capabilities. - Participate in on-call support rotation and provide after-hours support as needed. Skills and attributes for success: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 6 to 8 years of experience in MuleSoft development and support. - Strong knowledge of MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including Mule ESB, API Manager, and CloudHub. - Proficiency in integration patterns, API design, and RESTful services. - Experience with troubleshooting and debugging MuleSoft applications. - Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools such as Jenkins and Git. - Knowledge of cloud technologies and services (AWS, Azure, etc.) is a plus. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Qualifications: - 4-7 years of experience in MuleSoft with MuleSoft Certified Developer or Architect certification.
