Project Role Description :
Resolve incidents and problems across multiple business system components and ensure operational stability. Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. Collaborate with vendors and help service management teams with issue analysis and resolution.

15 years full time educationKey Responsibilities Image Design & Lifecycle Management
- Architect and maintain golden images for Windows 10/11 across desktops, laptops, VDI, and Cloud PC environments.
- Manage full image lifecycle: creation, optimization, patching, validation, deployment.
- Standardize image build processes across platforms (Citrix, Azure, AWS).
- Implement application layering and packaging (MSIX, FSLogix, App-V) Endpoint Configuration & Automation
- Automate image builds using Azure Image Builder, Packer, PowerShell, and DevOps pipelines.
- Develop CI/CD pipelines for image version control and deployment.
- Optimize images for performance, boot time, and resource utilization[2]. Patch & Security Management
- Enforce security baselines (CIS, Microsoft), Windows hardening, and compliance configurations.
- Apply and validate monthly OS and security patch updates.
- Integrate vulnerability scanning and patch validation into image lifecycle.
- Coordinate user acceptance and regression testing for patch deployments Application Integration & Release Management
- Collaborate with application owners for packaging and integration into base images.
- Conduct conflict detection, remediation, and UAT.
- Release packages through structured change management processes.
- Maintain SOPs and recommend process/toolset improvements[7]. Collaboration & Governance
- Work with security, network, and infrastructure teams to align image standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices.
- Maintain documentation, training materials, and governance frameworks[2]. ________________________________________ Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of experience in Windows image engineering and endpoint management.
- Deep expertise in: o Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) o SCCM / MECM (including co-management) o Windows 10/11 OS architecture o PowerShell scripting and automation o Active Directory, Azure AD, Group Policy
- Strong troubleshooting skills using SysInternals, event logs, and memory dumps.
- Experience with application packaging tools (InstallShield, AdminStudio, MSIX).
- Familiarity with Citrix DaaS, AVD, and Cloud PC environments ________________________________________ Process Knowledge
