Job Description

As a Technology Strategy & Roadmap Architect, your primary responsibility will be defining technology transformation strategies and capabilities, which include the north star and target blueprints. Your role will involve designing comprehensive roadmaps to achieve the target state, encompassing all relevant aspects such as infrastructure, platform, application, data, and process. Collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful implementation of these strategies will also be a key part of your responsibilities. **Roles & Responsibilities:** - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Monitor and evaluate the progress of technology initiatives to ensure alignment with strategic goals. **Professional & Technical Skills:** - **Must To Have Skills:** Proficiency in Oracle CC&B Technical Architecture. - Strong understanding of technology transformation frameworks and methodologies. - Experience in designing and implementing technology roadmaps. - Ability to analyze complex systems and propose effective solutions. - Familiarity with various technology stacks and their integration. You should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Oracle CC&B Technical Architecture. The position is based at our Noida office, and a 15 years full-time education is required.,
