Job Description

As a Technology Strategy & Roadmap Architect, you will define technology transformation strategies and capabilities, including the north star and target blueprints. Your typical day involves designing comprehensive roadmaps to achieve the target state, addressing all relevant aspects such as infrastructure, platform, application, data, and process. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure alignment and facilitate the successful implementation of these strategies. Expected to be an SME, you will collaborate and manage the team to perform, taking responsibility for team decisions. Engaging with multiple teams and contributing on key decisions, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Facilitating workshops and discussions to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders will be part of your responsibilities. Monitoring and evaluating the progress of technology initiatives to ensure alignment with strategic goals is crucial for this role. In terms of professional and technical skills, proficiency in Oracle CC&B Technical Architecture is a must-have. You should have a strong understanding of technology transformation frameworks and methodologies, along with experience in designing and implementing technology roadmaps. Your ability to analyze complex systems and propose effective solutions will be essential, as well as familiarity with various technology stacks and their integration. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Oracle CC&B Technical Architecture. This position is based at our Noida office and requires a 15 years full-time education.,
