Summary: As a Technology Educator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that technology talent remains relevant in the market by facilitating upskilling and cross-skilling initiatives. Your typical day will involve delivering foundational training in various technology domains, engaging with learners to enhance their professional development, and contributing to the development of course content. You will also be responsible for creating assessment questions and certification materials, ensuring that the training provided meets industry standards and prepares participants for real-world challenges. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge. - Evaluate training effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to improve learning outcomes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration. - Strong understanding of training methodologies and adult learning principles. - Experience in developing and delivering technology training programs. - Ability to create engaging and informative course content. - Familiarity with assessment design and evaluation techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
