Your typical day involves collaborating with teams, making key decisions, and contributing to multiple projects. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME Collaborate and manage the team to perform Responsible for team decisions Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams Lead project planning and execution Provide strategic guidance and technical expertise Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation Strong understanding of HR processes and compensation management Experience in implementing Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation solutions Knowledge of HRIS systems and data integration Ability to analyze and interpret complex data Excellent communication and presentation skills Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation This position is based at our Kolkata office A 15 years full-time education is required Qualifications 15 years full time education
