Technology Architect AI/ML

As an experienced Technology Architect specialized in AI/ML, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of AIOps modules for our enterprise platform. Your deep expertise in AI/ML technologies, architecture design, and enterprise-scale system implementation will be crucial for identifying opportunities within the AIOps space and driving innovative solutions. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to ensure successful delivery, requiring strong technical and communication skills, along with a proactive mindset to excel in agile environments. Your responsibilities will include designing and overseeing the development of AIOps modules, utilizing Agile methodologies for efficient development and implementation, and collaborating with module leads to build end-to-end AI-powered solutions. You will lead the development of impactful AIOps use cases, plan and execute POCs to evaluate new features, tools, and techniques, and ensure the integration of scalable, secure, and high-performance AI components. Guiding and mentoring technical teams through architecture and implementation decisions will also be part of your role, along with staying updated with emerging trends in AI, LLMs, and system observability. In terms of technical skills and experience, you should have experience with Flask, with familiarity in other Python frameworks such as FastAPI and Django being advantageous. Extensive hands-on experience with Python ML libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn is required, along with proficiency in developing and deploying AI/ML models, including LLMs and Agentic AI architectures. Understanding data structures, data modeling, and data pipelines, preferably in PySpark and Apache Airflow, is important. Experience with vector databases like Milvus, pgvector, or similar, proficiency in NoSQL databases such as MongoDB and Cassandra, familiarity with data visualization tools and practices, hands-on experience with cloud platforms and Kubernetes (K8s), proficiency with Git and CI/CD pipelines, and excellent problem-solving, communication, and articulation skills are also key requirements. Your ability to lead cross-functional teams and translate business needs into scalable AI solutions will be crucial for success in this role. Qualifications for this role include a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, along with 10+ years of experience in technology roles, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML solutions architecture. Demonstrated ability to lead and deliver large-scale AI projects independently is essential to excel in this position.,
