Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to assess technical architecture requirements and providing critical input into decisions related to hardware, network products, system software, and security. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the technology landscape of the organization, ensuring that all components work harmoniously to deliver optimal performance and security. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.- Facilitate discussions to align team objectives with organizational goals.- Mentor junior professionals to enhance their skills and knowledge. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.- Strong understanding of application integration and data management.- Experience with cloud-based architecture and deployment strategies.- Ability to analyze and optimize system performance and security.- Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in technology architecture. Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.- This position is based at our Kolkata office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
