Roles and Responsibilities Plan production activities to meet customer requirements, ensuring timely delivery of products. Develop and maintain accurate production plans, schedules, and budgets for gear manufacturing processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in material planning, procurement, and control. Conduct technical analysis to optimize process sheets and drawings KNO (Knowledge Network Object) development. Ensure effective dispatch scheduling by coordinating with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
Role & responsibilities Knowledge of measuring instruments (Micrometers, Bore Gauge, Vernier Caliper, Height Gauge, Dial, Hardness), strong leadership and management skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, understanding of Quality Management Principles (QMS, ISO standards), statistical analysis skills, and proficiency in relevant software (MS Office, quality management software). Preferred candidate profile BE/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
