B. Role Overview

We are hiring a hands-on Techno-Commercial Sales Executive (Exports) to generate export enquiries, develop new export customers, grow existing export business, manage quotations and samples, and convert opportunities into business.

This is a business-generation role, not an export documentation role.

C. Key Responsibilities

1.Generate export enquiries through outbound prospecting

2.Develop new international customers

3.Retain and grow existing export customers

4.Conduct customer development through email, online meetings, exhibitions, and other business-development channels

5.Manage quotations and commercial discussions

6.Coordinate and follow samples through approval and commercialisation

7.Maintain export pipeline, CRM, and forecasting discipline

8.Monitor global market opportunities and competitor activities

9.Participate in exhibitions, conferences, seminars, and business-development events

D. Must-Have Skills & Experience

1.Strong export business-development experience

2.Proven enquiry-generation capability

3.Experience using LinkedIn, email outreach, trade portals, directories, exhibitions, or similar prospecting channels

4.Strong commercial and communication capability

5.Strong quotation and sample follow-up discipline

6.CRM and pipeline management experience

7.Ability to work independently with strong ownership

8.Strong written and spoken English communication

E. Preferred Educational Background

Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Cosmetic Technology, Food Science, Business, or a related field

Relevant industry experience may be considered along with another suitable educational background

1.Candidate has only Medical Representative experience
2.Candidate’s experience is limited to finished-formulation promotion

3.Candidate has only export documentation or export operations experience

4.Candidate has no business-generation experience

5.Candidate has no relevant exposure to raw materials, ingredients, excipients, speciality chemicals, or B2B technical sales

6.Candidate depends mainly on incoming leads and does not prospect

7.Candidate is not comfortable with maintaining CRM and activity records consistently

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
