Technician - NGS Lab

Job Description

Number of Positions: 1 Qualifications : B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Life Science/ Medical laboratory technology Experience : M.Sc. with minimum 1 year experience/ B.Sc. with 3 years of experience in molecular biology. Preference will be given to the candidate with experience in Nucleic acid isolation, PCR, RT-PCR, Sequencing and other lab techniques. Work Responsibility : 1. Sample Management Sample collection, Data entry, Storage and related activities according to standard operating procedures (SOPs). 2. Independently and accurately perform molecular testing, including DNA/RNA extraction from biological samples, PCR, Real time PCR, Quality check. 3. Perform and assist in NGS experiments 4. Maintenance of lab instruments and environment 5. Participate in educational activities. 6. Perform other related work as assigned. 7. Update daily lab activities to the concern lab in-charge.
