Job Description

Job Title: Technician
Position: Technician - Manufacturing / Assembly
Location: Thirumazhisai, Chennai - Production Plant (Near Poonamallee)
Department: Production / Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble and wire industrial connectors and cable harnesses as per engineering drawings
Operate and maintain production equipment, including testing and inspection
Perform quality checks and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards
Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to 5S and safety standards.
Meet daily production targets and report any issues to supervisors

Skills Required:

ITI / Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronics
Freshers from 2023, 2024, and 2025 passouts can apply
1-2 years of experience in assembly, wiring harness, panel wiring, connector assembly preferred

Eligibility:

ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering
DME in Mechanical or related field
0-2 years of experience in manufacturing or assembly
Basic knowledge of electrical wiring, reading drawings
Willing to work in shifts

--- EXTRA BENEFITS & INFORMATION FOR CANDIDATES ---

Shift: Rotational A/B/C Shifts + General Shift

A: 7 AM-3:30 PM

B: 3 PM-11:30 PM

C: 11 PM-7:30 AM

Transport: Cab facility available (Tambaram, Poonamallee, Thiruvallur routes, etc.)
Food will be provided.
Shift Allowance: Rs.50 (B Shift) / Rs.100 (C Shift) per shift
Attendance Bonus: Rs.1000 (Full attendance), Rs.500 (1 LOP); Movement Bonus: Rs.20,000 after 4 months at new plant (For staff enrolled as of 25th Sep 2026)
Uniform: Company-provided; formal dress code mandatory (Jeans not allowed)

Salary: As per company norms + PF + ESI
