Technician- EV Battery

As a Technician specializing in EV Battery technology, you will be an integral part of our dynamic deep-tech startup based in Bangalore. We are dedicated to transforming the future of mobility by developing a comprehensive end-to-end EV Stack. In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge advancements in EV technology and battery systems. Your main responsibility will involve maintaining and optimizing electrical systems within our EV battery R&D lab. You will be actively involved in troubleshooting and calibrating Battery Management Systems (BMS) as well as assembling and testing battery packs. Your hands-on approach will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our advanced technology. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the assembly and disassembly of EV battery packs following safety and design guidelines. - Provide support in calibrating and performing basic maintenance on Battery Management Systems (BMS). - Conduct basic testing of battery packs using standard tools under supervision, including CAN-based tools. - Identify and report basic issues or defects in battery packs to the engineering team. - Maintain a clean and organized lab environment while adhering to all safety procedures. - Accurately document testing, assembly, and troubleshooting activities according to standard procedures. - Collaborate with the team to ensure the availability of necessary tools and components. To excel in this role, you should have: - Educational background of 10th, 12th, ITI, or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related fields. - A keen interest in EVs, batteries, or automotive systems. - Solid understanding of basic electrical and electronics principles. - Familiarity with multimeters, basic testing tools, or CAN tools is advantageous. - Eagerness to learn and thrive in a fast-paced R&D environment. - Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team. - Basic knowledge of lab safety protocols. This is a full-time position suitable for freshers or individuals looking for an internship opportunity with a contract length of 6 months. The work location will be in person, providing you with a hands-on experience in the exciting field of EV battery technology.,
