Job Overview:
TELUS Digital is hiring Technical Support Executives for its Noida location. We are looking for technically sound and customer-focused individuals who can provide high-quality support to international customers. This role involves troubleshooting technical issues, guiding customers step-by-step, and ensuring timely resolution while maintaining excellent service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound technical support calls from international customers
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• Provide clear step-by-step guidance to resolve customer problems
• Escalate complex technical cases to higher support levels when required
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and resolutions
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and service-level agreements
• Deliver high customer satisfaction through professional communication

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate or Postgraduate (any discipline)
• Freshers can apply
• Prior experience in Technical Support or International Voice Process is preferred
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Basic knowledge of computer systems, operating systems, internet troubleshooting, and networking fundamentals
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts
