Role Description

This full-time, on-site Technical Support Engineer role is based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The role involves providing technical support for healthcare software applications, including installation assistance, configuration, and user guidance. Daily tasks include diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues, resolving support tickets, documenting solutions, and escalating complex problems to engineering teams when required. The Technical Support Engineer will interact with customers and internal stakeholders via phone, email, and remote sessions to ensure timely, accurate resolution of issues and a positive user experience. The role also includes maintaining knowledge bases, participating in product testing, and sharing feedback to help improve system performance and reliability.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills to diagnose, analyze, and resolve software and system issues efficiently.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret logs, identify root causes, and recommend practical solutions.
• Candidates should possess Customer Support and Customer Service skills to handle inquiries professionally, communicate clearly, and maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Relevant experience with healthcare or medical imaging software, telehealth platforms, or other enterprise applications is beneficial.
• Familiarity with Windows/Linux environments, networks, databases, and remote support tools is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Ability to work on-site in the Kolkata metropolitan area, manage multiple tickets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• A diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
