Technical Support Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Drive bearing sales and onboard new heavy manufacturing accounts across the Raipur industrial belt.
• Consult directly on factory floors to diagnose rotating machinery wear-and-tear.
• Recommend Schaeffler solutions to optimize performance and prevent costly plant downtime.
• Bridge the gap between technical maintenance requirements and commercial procurement budgets.
• Submit daily field reports, draft accurate technical quotations, and track competitor activity.
• Self-driven & strong communication skills
• Should have two-wheeler to travel to customers

Ideal Candidate Profile: Technical Sales Engineer (Raipur)

Educational Background

• B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institute.
• Strong foundational knowledge of rotating machinery, load dynamics, and mechanical systems.

Professional Experience

• Hands-on plant maintenance experience within heavy manufacturing sectors, specifically Steel, Sponge Iron, Power Generation, or Cement.
• Practical exposure to industrial gearboxes, turbines, crushers, conveyors, and rolling mills.
• Direct experience dealing with machine downtime, predictive maintenance, and bearing failure analysis on the factory floor.
