Technical Support Engineer

Job Description:

We are looking for an L1 Technical Support Engineer to provide first-level technical assistance for Kaspersky security products through phone, email, and web-based ticketing systems.

Roles and Responsibilities:

* Handle and log customer incidents, classify tickets, and prioritize requests based on SLAs.

* Troubleshoot basic Kaspersky-related issues, including agent installation, licensing, activation, updates, and policy configuration.

* Perform basic troubleshooting across Windows, Windows Server, and Linux environments.

* Analyze product logs, Windows Event Logs, and basic network connectivity issues.

* Guide customers using official Kaspersky documentation, portals, and internal knowledge bases.

* Collect diagnostic logs using tools such as GetSystemInfo and escalate complex issues to L2/R&D teams.

* Maintain accurate ticket documentation and perform proper shift handovers.

Required Skills:

* Basic knowledge of Windows, Windows Server, and Linux.

* Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).

* Knowledge of antivirus and endpoint security solutions.

* Basic troubleshooting and log analysis skills.

* Good communication and customer-handling skills.

* Familiarity with ticketing systems and SLA management.

* Willingness to work in 24x7 rotational shifts.

Pay: Up to ₹250,000.00 per year
