Job Vacancy – Technical Support Assistant / Engineer
Location: Chennai & Puducherry
Experience: Freshers to any experience
Job Responsibilities:
Install and service UPS, inverters, batteries, and servo stabilizers.
Attend customer complaints and troubleshoot technical issues.
Perform regular preventive maintenance and battery health checks.
Conduct load testing and equipment inspections.
Prepare service reports with photos and customer signatures.
Maintain records of spare parts and battery replacements.
Follow electrical safety procedures and use PPE.
Requirements
Basic knowledge of UPS, inverters, batteries, and electrical systems but not mandatory.
Ability to use a multimeter, clamp meter, and battery analyzer.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Tamil communication skills with basic English.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
Preferred Brands: APC, Eaton, Vertiv, Numeric (not mandatory).
