Technical support and Sales Executive

Eligibility:

Diploma or Degree holder in Mechanical / Mettalurgy preferred but not mandatory. Freshers from any educational background can apply. Candidates interested in building a career in sales are welcome.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations for company products based on enquiries received from consultants, stockists, and end customers.
• Support new product development and product improvement initiatives.
• Understand and resolve technical queries raised by customers regarding products and applications.
• Convert customer enquiries into orders by offering quality products at competitive prices.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution and delivery of confirmed orders.
• Perform basic engineering calculations related to company products.
• Visit the factory to inspect samples and monitor the production status of ongoing customer orders.
• Follow up with clients on submitted quotations and pending offers to improve conversion rates.
• Coordinate and manage supply chain activities in line with confirmed customer orders.
• Identify and approach new potential customers, generate enquiries, and convert them into business opportunities.
• Prepare requisitions and product cost estimates as required.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly sales targets.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
