Job Description

Job Title: Sourcer (0-2 years experience) Location: Hybrid (Open to Remote for the Right Candidate) This role supports our U.S. operations, so we are seeking someone available to work PST hours. Role Overview We are looking for a Sourcer to support our technical recruiting team by identifying, engaging, and attracting top talent for IT roles in Salesforce, SAP, Data, Workato, and Mulesoft. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in talent acquisition and develop expertise in technical sourcing. Key Responsibilities Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and target talent pools. Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, job boards, and social media to identify and engage potential candidates. Apply Boolean search, keyword optimization, and AI-driven sourcing techniques to find top talent. Maintain and update candidate pipelines in the ATS system . Conduct initial outreach and pre-screen candidates for interest and availability. Assist in market research, talent mapping, and competitive intelligence gathering. Support employer branding and diversity sourcing initiatives. Qualifications & Experience 0-2 years of experience in a sourcing, recruiting, or talent acquisition role. Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, and ATS systems is preferred. Basic understanding of Boolean search and sourcing strategies . Strong communication and outreach skills to engage passive candidates. Interest in technology hiring (Salesforce, SAP, Data, Workato, Mulesoft, etc.).
