Job Description

As a Customer Support Specialist at SolarEdge, your role will involve providing exceptional voice support to US-based customers while collaborating with regional stakeholders in the India office. You will handle inbound calls, address customer queries, troubleshoot issues, and maintain accurate records in our CRM system. Your responsibilities will also include working with the local Indian team to enhance processes, contribute to continuous improvement, and participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices. Key Responsibilities: - Handle inbound calls from customers with patience and professionalism - Navigate cultural differences and language barriers tactfully - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to products and services - Collaborate with regional stakeholders for seamless customer experience - Improve processes and share insights with the local Indian team - Maintain accurate records in CRM system - Contribute to continuous improvement of support processes and knowledge base - Participate in regular training sessions for product knowledge and best practices Qualifications Required: - Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to understand and work with various accents, particularly American accents - 1-3 years of experience in customer support, preferably in a voice support role - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet - Engineering or technical qualification is a must - Patient and empathetic approach to customer service - Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic computer skills - Ability to work night shifts to align with US time zones - Familiarity with the tech industry is a plus SolarEdge offers competitive salary and benefits, opportunities for career growth, a diverse and inclusive work environment, regular training and upskilling programs, as well as transportation and meal allowances for night shift workers.
