Technical Service Specialist (Night Shift)

As a Customer Support Specialist at SolarEdge, your role will involve providing exceptional voice support to US-based customers while collaborating with regional stakeholders in the India office. You will handle inbound calls, address customer queries, troubleshoot issues, and maintain accurate records in our CRM system. Your responsibilities will also include working with the local Indian team to enhance processes, contribute to continuous improvement, and participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices.
