Job Description

Job Title: Technical Service Engineer Location: Jagatpur - Gota, Ahmedabad Exprience: 0 to 3 year ( Fresher with good knowledge works only) Key Responsibilities: Installation and Maintenance: Install, configure, and maintain technical equipment or systems at customer sites. Conduct preventive maintenance and ensure equipment runs efficiently and safely. Troubleshooting and Repair: Identify, diagnose, and resolve hardware or technical issues. Respond to service calls and provide prompt solutions to minimize downtime. Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of service activities, maintenance logs, and repair reports. Prepare detailed technical reports and share feedback with internal teams. Collaboration and Teamwork: Coordinate with other departments (e.g., sales, production) to address client issues. Provide feedback on recurring issues to help improve product performance and design. Support team members during field visits or complex repairs. Key Skills: Strong knowledge of installation and maintenance procedures Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities Attention to detail in record keeping and reporting Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work both independently and in a team Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools) Qualifications: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related engineering field 0–3 years of relevant experience preferred Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
